Young Professionals: Cantonese Pub Crawl

Learn Cantonese Without Really Trying!

Learn Cantonese Without Trying

Norwegian Chamber Young Professionals and Happy Jellyfish Language Bureau are proud to invite you to a very special language course!

Innocent bystander with chickensHow does it work?

Going boldly to where only a few million people have gone before, a secret destination in Kowloon, you will get a quick crash course in various drinking-related Cantonese words. Then you and a carefully selected team will thunder forth into the teeming night, armed only with an address written in Chinese.

Waving this piece of paper while striding manfully through the seething underbelly of Kowloon, you will, with the help of innocent bystanders, locate a secret destination. Once there, you will order a drink and pay for it using only Cantonese words.

Once you have paid up, a person placed there especially by Happy Jellyfish Language Bureau will give your team a new address in Chinese, and off you stumble into the night, throwing pedestrians behind you.

Please note that this event is for max 10 people. If you want to join as a group, please register all members of your group together. If this event is overbooked, we will do our best to schedule further dates.

All ages are welcome!

This event is co-hosted with the Danish and Finnish Chambers Young Professionals.
