InterSME Breakfast Seminar: Handling Crisis and Change as an SME

Entrepreneurs are constantly managing critical situations. Join this breakfast seminar to learn from our experienced panelists.

The critical situations Entrepreneurs face can take a myriad of forms – changes in direction, a new (urgent) business opportunity, key staff turnover, financial pressure and legal situations – just to name a few.
Join us to hear real-world advice on specific scenarios you may face and how to best handle them or prevent them entirely, such as:

– When should you handle a crisis yourself/internally, and when should a 3rd party expert be employed?
– How do you create a team that has the flexibility and resilience to manage change?
– How can you manage your own emotions to prioritize and lead a team through a crisis?

Our esteemed panel includes successful entrepreneurs and crisis management experts, and promises to be an insightful, practical discussion that will benefit managers and leaders regardless of the size of your business.
